Q5: Can you accept orders below the MOQ?
A5: Yes, we can accommodate smaller orders but may apply a surcharge for small dye lots, typically around USD 80-150 per color.
Q6: What are the payment terms of your company?
A6: For new customers, we accept T/T with a 30% deposit and balance before shipping, or L/C at sight. We are open to discussing more favorable payment terms after establishing a good cooperation through multiple orders.
