Our sample policy includes a complimentary A4 size sample of any fabric we produce, free color lab dips, printing lab samples, and sample yardage. Please note that customers are responsible for the courier costs.
Our products are exported to European countries, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, the USA, and China. We specialize in producing custom orders and do not sell stock products. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for bulk orders of plain dyed fabric is 1000 meters per color, 3000 meters per shipment.
If we have stock greige fabric, the MOQ for sample orders is 100 meters with a color surcharge. For orders below the MOQ, a surcharge of approximately USD 80-150 per color may apply. We are flexible and can accommodate smaller order quantities with additional charges.
For new customers, our payment terms include a 30% deposit via T/T and the balance before shipping or L/C at sight. As we build a strong partnership, we are open to discussing more favorable payment terms for future orders.
